Key about your role 

You will connect functional knowledge of pension administration with technical application management and a serious interest in automating the work we do. By understanding both the business process, the technical side off the application and the application itself, you will help colleagues and customers identify why issues occur and how to resolve them.

You will work with colleagues supporting Plexus and collaborate with functional specialists, developers and cloud operations teams. Together, you will connect the details of pension administration with the technical work needed to support the application.

  • Salary: For this role, the Monthly Base Salary ranges from 50.000 – 60.000 (DKK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

You do not need to arrive with equal depth in pension administration and technology. You should be ready to build the connection between them and apply your experience to real customer situations. 

Using AI 

You use AI-assisted tools with care when exploring technical questions, preparing scripts or documenting solutions. You review and test their output, protect customer information and remain accountable for the quality and security of your work.
